Somebody please help me interfacing PT100 sensor with ADC port.

I need to interface PT100 with an ADC Port, PLease help me with the opamp circuit.

Chuckey - CAN I Use voltage divider circuit where PT100 act as R2 ? I Need to connect it with my device, ADC pin. Maximum it can read upto 9V DC
