from @DS , the tab designkit
select install , browse the kit , and click ok

it will be installed and u can use it

no , i donot have .13 , but i have AMS .35u SiGe technoogy and SI CMOS
i am searching for .18 TSMC for C@dence ,

ads 0.13um cmos design kit

After installing the kit how do I use it?? How do I use an NMOS from it and define a model from the file??
I am a beginner in ADS.

in the kit pallet , u will find a component called process , place it in the schematic
then place the transistors u need

the process , is like the include comand in HSPICE

In case you don't know, you can use HSpice model files in Cadence, but you have to change a couple of things.

i want to practice all the steps , from front end simulation to back end layout , and extraction , and post layout simulation
