3 forward 2 back counter

I need to design between 0-9 counter circuit ( 3 forward 2 back to the counter).

Like that in order of on in 7 segment display ; 0, 3, 1, 4, 2, 5, 3, 6, 4, 7, 5, 8, 6, 9, 7

I don't have any idea. I just know i must use flip flop.

I searched in internet but i didn't find any circuit like that.

I need help. thank you.

This design is an interesting task and normal up/down counter can't be controlled to do 3 steps forward and 2 steps backward. Maybe the best approach is to use a 4 bit register and a 4 bit adder with a small state machine.
Here you might find help in logic design, if needed: https://www.electronics-tutorials.ws/combination/comb_1.html .

Enjoy your design work!
