How to measure input impendance in cadence if the circuit is MOS cascode configuration

if the input is mos gate, it is no use to measure
if the input is s or d, you can measure with deltaV/deltaI

If your circuit's input is drain or source, try to add a voltage source in the input,
then measure the voltage source output current, V/I will be your input impedance.
