booting sd card for mini 2440

I want to install booting linux,android or wince with sd card in mini2440. Anyone have experience? ihave tried with miin6410 it is ok but with mini2440 it can't boot when it is NOR.
 

Yes i have tried that when i turned the switch to NOR my device mini2440 it turned black and my terminal/hyperterminal doesn't realize it. Why?
