I want help for cpu designing in fpga.

Hello.Can anybody help me about cpu(such as microcontroller)designing in fpga.How we can do this work and what kind of fpga we need for this purpose(capacity and speed and other parameters).
 

For example cpu designs you can check out opencores.org

As for the size and speed.. that will depend on how much logic that cpu design uses.. I do know that a 8086 core just fits in a VirtexE 300..

Digital System Design Using Vhdl - Roth, Charles H.

This one describes design and implementation of mc6805 cpu from Motorola.
This will be good starting point....
