REQ: Measure signals below 2mV with tektronix oscilloscope

I need to do a precision probe to measure voltage below 2mV with the tektronix tds1002 oscilloscope, like a ADA400A Active Differential Preamplifier (http://www.tek.com/site/ps/0,,60-158...TRO_EN,00.html).
    Please I need schematics.
    Any suggestions are welcome

    Thanks in advance

    Try Analog Devices web site.
They have a series of instrumentation amplifiers and a lot of application notes.

Some things to keep in mind are the effects of the amplifier input bias current on your circuit being measured. Also the offset of the amplifier you design. I would suggest that you power your amplifier from batteries.
