what is the purpose of temperature compensation? pls give me an example of the same for hall sensor.

To remove the temperature dependency of the output signal. Use a component with an opposite temperature coefficient

i am using hall sensor to detect the position of ball valve in the 200°C harsh environment.. do i need temperature compensation circuit? if so can u pls provide me with the sample circuit..

It depends upon the accuracy you need and how much variation in the ball valve sensed position you can tolerate. Only you can answer that.
