The MOSFET drive is fine. Keep in mind that the TC426 is an inverting driver. So, an increase in duty cycle in the software will result in the MOSFET being driven with a lowered duty cycle. And vice versa.

I assume you only wanted to show the MOSFET drive part. But, just to make sure, you haven't drawn the rest of the circuitry. First thing is that, there is no crystal oscillator connected to the microcontroller. And the reset pin is floating.
