electric breakdown about point & plane in HV lab

Hi everybody I have a question about electric breakdown about point & plane in HV lab
breakdown voltage in first examine is 70 v(primary voltage in trans) but in second examine is 55 v
Why voltage is different in two examine although point(needle) voltage is same in first and second Test?
