Comparison between STARTUP.A51 and INIT.A51 code in KEIL Compiler

Hi

i have been working in keil for the past 5 month, and i have some doubt about the sartup.a51 and init.a51 code in the toolchain of c51 in keil compiler,

1. What is the purpose of these 2 codes for a project?
2. whether we need to use both 2 codes in one project?
3. What is the order of linking with the target in compiler?

Please let me know about these issues.
