In Mentor DFT Visualizer, in State Stability Mode, what does the following mean:

CLK: (0)(000)(010~0)(0X0)(0)
SEN: (0)(111)(111~1)(000)(0)
SDI: (0)(000)(000~X)(XXX)(X)
D: (0)(000)(000~X)(XXX)(X)
Q: (0)(000)(000~X)(XXX)(X)

Does that mean the last value shifted is X? How can the tool shift an X to a scannable flop during shift phase?
