Hi,

How we can find the maximum safe operating freqency for a mosfet?

From the datasheet only relation for few frequency is specified.
how can i calculate for the rest?

The following article shows how to calculate the time-to-damage characteristic of the MOSFET from SOA. Not sure whether it will help you or not.
