interafce camera module with microcontroller

please suggest some cheap camera modules that can be easily interfaced with avr microcontroller

any circuit diagram and documents will be helpful

I was tryed this product and works fine.

UART communication, there is also TTL and RS232 version, can take up to 640x480 resolution

With camera I try to measure capacitance of soil....just kidding...to take picture of course...
