Adding external ESD protection circuits to high power high power LDMOS

HI,

Some RF LDMOS have built in ESD protection such as PD20015. Is it possible to add ESD protection circuits to LDMOS with no bult in protection, without altering the input output impedance and frequency response
 

high power = 20 to 70 watts @1GHz

Pd20015 has built in esd protection.
SD57060 does not have esd protection.
 

Add ESD surely affect match of input, and may affect the freq response.
You can simulate in ADS to add a TVS diode.
