logic contention detected proteus

Hi,
i created the circuit below in isis (proteus)



but the simulator gives me this warning message:

Logic contention(s) detected on net #00010 that corresponds to PC2OUT pin.
This output infact doesn't work.

Could you help me please, any ideas on this problem?

just verify if a given pin in the IC is considered for exemple as an output and you use it as an imput
