Thin client adapter problem please help ..

HI ,
I have a thin client and its getting power from the 12V SMPS Adapter and that Adapter is in problem. I tested and found the fuse on The circuit is blown also A mosfet is shorted then I changed that faulty mosfet and FUSE but now the situation is The large filter capacitor is getting fully charged but no output at end also I have doubt on OPTO-COUPLER in the circuit.. and please tell me how to check that OPTOCOUPLER ;the part no is EL817.

Defective optocoupler would refer to a double fault, it's much more likely that other parts related to the MOSFET have been damaged, e.g. the switcher controller.
 

if you have doubt on optocoupler then change and also check is there any TL431 (Zener IC) this could be faulty...
