Hi all,
Im trying to identify the following LCD display. I bought is a few years back, I did at one point have the datasheet for it but it now eludes me
Ive searched the net, found lots of posts about my display, it could typically be a hitachi LCD clone but I cant find any that lists my model exactly and it uses a 20 pin connection. I do recall there is memory on the chip etc and Id like to be able to access all the features so the datasheet is needed.
Ive taken a photo to help with the ideitification.
Other number on the module are 162-H1-DF
0248 is marked under a chip
The other markings are component placement ids so are of no use here.
Any help would be apprecaited!
