can any 1 teach me how to calculation this

S/N: 13-46-E7-C9-6F-39-AF-E1
MAC: 74-5E-1C-03-1A-D6
= code: 5625392748599854

thank you for your time

It may be a hash, which is non-reversible. And they may be using any algorithm, and any custom modification before they
execute the algorithm. Basically, it is highly difficult (impossible?) to figure out just from this information. For example, see this (using md5sum):

$ cat test.txt
S/N: 13-46-E7-C9-6F-39-AF-E1
MAC: 74-5E-1C-03-1A-D6

$ md5sum test.txt
18c71f7b1615548727959782c18590b4 test.txt
$

If you want to protect PCB or device from cloning or usage PC with others cloned PCBs, you can use DS2401 or similar for identification of PCB or device like a one of the way of protection.
