can't change colors in PADS Layout

Strange problem. Running PADS Layout 9.2. When I go to Display Colors Setup, I can't change the colors. If I right-click on a cell, it will turn to black, but I can't apply selected color to a cell.

This is a relatively new install, and I can't recall if this feature ever worked on this new machine.

Any ideas?
 

Dont think its the machine fault. Try checking the settings or license of the software. Such errors may occur in the demo modes too.
