This design was based on amplifier WS-442. A copy of Rotel RA-820 was implemented for housing from the WS. PCBs were made in thermal transfer method.
Power supply uses transformer TS 120/13. 6800uF smoothing filter through a Greatz bridge, goes to the power amplifier. It gives the voltage of approximately 41V, symmetric power supply on the preamplifier, stabilzed around 20V. Inputs selector – original solution from the WS on well maintained isostats. The preamplifier was based on NE5532. The power amplifier was built on transistors BD249/BD250. There is a protection against DC and delayed switching the speakers.
