Can eagle or potel99 se place jumpers automatically to solve unrouted nets problem and how? (in single sided boards)
 

For Eagle : look at /projects/examples/singlesided
in installation directory.

I looked at it. But I couldn't find an answer. Can you explain a bit more please?
