Hi,
1. For SDR-SDRAM, the first access is BANK0-ROW5, the second access is BANK1-ROW5, between the two access, precharge is need? It's the case for DDR-SDRAM?
2. For SDR-SDRAM, the first access is BANK0-ROW5, the second access is BANK1-ROW9, between the two access, precharge is need? It's the case for DDR-SDRAM?

sdram controller

You don't need use precharge between two access for different bank. But you must meet the timing tRRD between two active command. DDR-SDRAM is same.

Re: sdram controller

In SDR and DDR sdram, you can open each BANK's row simultaneously,

if you access different bank's row, you need not use precharge between

two access.
