After having some problems with circuits where the 51 CPU was reset by single capacitor I started using proper monitoring/reset ICs for reset of the CPU and monitoring of the CS line in battery-supported RAMs. Problems dissapeared...
I receivd some explenations from CPU manufacturers but they rather indicated fault in my circuits than openly discuss these issues.

I would like to know yor oppinion on this matter.
