led matrix in proteus

i am trying to do a 4 X 4 matrix led to display a character in proteus. But i am getting flickerence. I tried with delay of 100us to 2ms and more. But i am getting the flickerence continuously.
Is there any option to set the led off time in proteus ?

I am thinking that the led in proteus ckt have very less off time but in real led the off time will be more(i think).
If there is any option regarding led off time in proteus please tell me.

It's a simulation (and could be a poor or a good simulation), not real life, so expect there to be differences.
If you search for this topic, you'll find other threads on this flcker issue.
