What MAX3232? 1-Wire dont need MAX232 or MAX3232.

Yes it can be done with out MAX3232, its a Level converter, instead you can use transistor / doide

2490 is USB version, I have made circuit for USB also.
 

technically speaking it's not one wire am I correct in saying you still have to connect the GND as well, if so this is 2 wires
 

it reguires return path which is GND , Two wire communication (SPI) will have 3 wires so on..
 

A funy circuit.How about the cost?If cost up is more than one wire cost,it may be without valuable.
 

oh,it's so expensive.For RMB,it needs about 74
