Hi, I`m try to desing a smps rezonand mode with LC rezonant series. I have some questions for somebody that is more good in this job.
-what is the best frequency to this kind of smps? 65khz is good?
-can I use 3xparalel tranzistors for each part? Or I will need a totem pole prepolarization?
-how can I calculate the values of L rezonant and C rezonant?
-what is the best to use bipolar like Mje13009 or Mje13007? or mosfet`s? i will no use IGBT.
-the control part is more good with tl494 or with Sg3525?

the power of this smps prototype will be aprox 1.2kw. Regards.
