Can I use si8250 as programmable output ? If so , what is its min and max output voltage with 36V input ??

Hi

you can use si8250 for 36V systems. However you should not exceed abs max values of the device.

App note AN259 in website explains design of 30-72V systems.Max efficiency is given as 86%.

hope it helps.

Cheers
