I have been working in a service based VLSI company for about an year.
What are the advantages of moving to product based VLSI company?
Is 1 year experience good to move to a Product Company such as AMD?

well as far as product based is concerned, there is no specific time/exp requirement for them. I have seen a lot of ppl switching from service based to product based in a span of one year. The only part that is left out now is that you have to fit in there requirements well.

go ahead and check your skills now.

cheers
