Hi

I'm looking for a transistor with the following properties: vbe,on=0.7v, vce,sat=0.2, beta=100.

Needn't be accurate, I just don't know how to find a transistor by these properties. I need a model name I can buy at the store...

Thanks.

BC547 and BC557 are popular small-signal transistors.
BC547 is NPN, BC557 is PNP.

They are graded according to beta:
A: hFE = 110 to 220 @ 2mA
B: hFE = 200 to 450 @ 2mA
C: hFE = 420 to 800 @ 2mA

e.g. BC547B is an NPN transistor with beta higher than 200.
