can any one help ,how reduce voltage spikes at output of 4425 chip to drive mosfets.im using 2 mosfets in series with half bridge pulse signals.the pulses from 4425 has less spike but problem is when it is connected to a pulse transformer the spikes are too high.

The problem may be due to a lack of gate resistor. Can you post your schematic?

Well you can check a capacitor in range of 0.5-1nF on output pin. Keeping in mind the capacitance should not be much greater.

I can't tell what that circuit is actually supposed to be doing. And where is the pulse transformer in that circuit?
