I had run a Monte Carlo simulation for determining the offset of an amplifier with 500 trials. At one of the trial, the offset was maximum.
* In CADENCE , how do I find the 'trial number' where the offset was maximum ?
* I would like to do a temperature sweep at the Monte Carlo trial where the offset is maximum.
Can someone give suggestions for doing the above in Cadence ?

AFAIR, the MC Statistical Analysis Output Log file should give you the info about the required 'trial number', together with the individual MC parameter variation for this run.
