SIMCOM SIM908C gives wrong Latitude from AT-CGPSINFO=2 command
Hi All,
I was going through the thread SIMCOM SIM548c-EVB with SIM908C gives wrong Latitude from AT-CGPSINFO=2 command
but I already had the firmware 04 but still the co-ordinates were in DDMM.MMMM format.

Then I stumbled upon this thread : https://stackoverflow.com/questions...ngitude-in-wrong-format-dddmm-mmmm-2832-3396n
i.e. if the value is something like 2450.196523 then it can be interpreted as
24 Degree (50.196523/60) = 24.836608
Got to know the way to convert the values and it really helped no firmware change required. Hope this info helps whoever gets confused about the value returned for location.
