solar cell simulation code in Tunnel junction with silvaco atlas

Hi dear
my project is simulation dual junction GaAs solar cell with tunnel junction
i wrote this code for tunnel current output
but
the output current is zero
many time with little change i run this code on deckbuilt environment but this software not give me correct answer
plz help me to find the correct ans
if the code have incorrect term model or ....
you can send to me a true code
My Atlas ver 5.14.0 win 7 x64
