I have installed hyperworks 8.0 in win 7 32 bit. when i try to open hypermesh or other tools it shows the error like below.
( Altair License Manager: License error
Cannot connect to license server system.
The license server manager(lmgrd) has not been started yet,
The wrong port@host or license file is being used, or the port or host name in the license file has been changed.
Feature:GlobalLicAP
Server Name: IP address
License path: c/Altair/hw8.0/security/altair_lic.dat
Flexnet licensing error:- 15,10. System error:10061 "winsock:
Connection refused"
