Ansys 13.0 license help needed

Hi guys,

I have installed ansys 13 in my win 7 32 bit .Installed perfectly ,but when opened the ansys software its saying error message

could not connect to any license server
the server is down or not responsive
ANSYSLI SERVERS : 2325@HOSTNAME
FLEXlm servers: 1055@hostname

i open the ANSLIC_ADMIN UTILITY , specify the license server machine, i entered the hostname and close it. then i try to start the ansys inc license manager, it shows 'Access is denied'. so i cant start the license manager successfully. please help.


please help me guys
