Hello Friends,

I am trying to solve the problem of battery protector (MW728).

I am using 12v Li-battery.

This circuit cuts off the output, when the battery voltage (Input supply) drops below 11.2 Volt.

I want to increase this lower range to 10.5 Volt.

I am attaching the concerned circuit with it.

Any help shall be appreciated.

Thank you very much.

you may have 3 lithium elements inside your 12v battery
the minimum voltage is 3.8v * 3 = 11.4 volts
below this voltage you can destroy your battery. so 10.5v is really too low
if you want to go down to 10.5v you have to use a Pb battery...

I totally agree with the foregoing, however, if you want to change the threshold try by changing the resistive divider R1/R2.
A more practical solution to the problem is to use two resistors in parallel. For example it’s easier to decrease the resistor R1 value by adding in parallel a new resistor. As we don’t know precisely the resistors value, we may start with a resistance value 15 times higher than R1 (that’s more a guess than an calculated value for the needed 10.5 V input level) and in practice need to do more tests to find the required resistor value.

Hey
Thank you very much.
So, the conclusion is, If i reduce the value of R2, the value of threshold can be increased ??
