There are some evolving languages based on SystemC .. or let's say some are added libraries to C/C++ .. like SystemC .. SystemC for example is a language used to generate executable specs that are to be automatically translated to HDL .. and therefor can be synthesized .. also Handle-C is synthesizable .. but we can't say that C/C++ based languages are fully integrated in the VLSI design flow .. but future may bring more suits
