somebody do help me in building simple smps for getting 5v , 1A from 230v ac mains , pcb, schmatic etc if possible ... for my small tv ..

Please note that working with AC line voltages and line-powered equipment is dangerous business. You do this at your own risk.

The FlyBack design is proper if you consider only a 5W needed power output. You may use:

-standard UC 3842 In flyback mode with a mosfet rating of 800-900 volts

-the Power Integrations ‘TOPSwitch’ family are compact solutions, check the appnote for discrete SMPS described step by step.
http://www.powerint.com/products/product-archive/topswitch

-the Viper from ST, you may find also The VIPer Switch Mode Power Supply Design Software
That helps the user to design a switch mode power supply in flyback topology. The software starts by showing a typical switch mode power supply in flyback topology. The designer can insert the input parameters, the output parameters and the VIPer needed for his own design and the software will give the billing of material (BOM) both in a graphic and a text version and will calculate the dissipated power of the complete converter as a sum of the dissipated power of all the engaged components.

This can be modified to 5V by changing in the secondary winding from 5 turns to 3 turns.
Also need to change D6 (by a 6V2 zener diode), R15=2.2k , R14 = 2.2k and R11= 560 ohms.

change VR3 to 4V3 zenner or use a TC413 circuit for the optocoupler.

See the next diagram. Here we can adjust the 4.5V to 5V by modifing R7

Here change R8 to 18K and R13 to 560 ohms
