RF Simulation of MEMS in fixed-fixed BEAM-Pulling voltage in ANSYS

How to calculate Pulling voltage in ANSYS command for RF MEMS switch. I have a fixed-fixed beam with one meander.
Couldn't find out pulling voltage.
Could any body help me in this regard.
