Dear all,
I need help in understanding STBC, what I understand is we generate a channel code for transmitted bit and then according to the number of antennas we transmit from the coded data (every time slot) 1 symbol from every antenna. is this correct?
In simulation, should I transmit symbol by symbol also and every symbol have its own noise?
thanks for your help

First try n understand the Alamouti scheme for 2 tx and multiple antennas.when this scheme is generalized for arbitrary no. of transmit antenna by the theory of orthogonal designs then its STBC.Many books and literature are easily available on the net for this.
