Hi

I am using Altium 6.9. Not AD10 which would have manufacturing DRC.

So, how to set a rule (that actually works with online DRC) to find NPTH hole wall to copper-track violations? For example mechanical plastic peg (non-plated hole) of a connector to a copper signal track.
The manufacturer says they must be minimum 0.2mm away.

Add a keepout around the NPTH in the required size. this will give clearance to copper and NPTH hole

you can create a pad class and add all the pads with the required spacing.
Then you can create a rule with the query of (InPadClass('NPTH)) .
