Hello,

In frequency selective channels, researchers compare their results with what so called matched filter bound (MFB). What is MFB exactly? Suppose we have a L-symbol length multiparty channel, then is MFB equivalent to having like L receive antennas at the receiver, and the received signal looks like the following:

\[\mathbf{y}=x\mathbf{h}+\mathbf{z}\]

where bold face letters means L-dimensional vectors?

Thanks in advance
