JHD12864E busy flag..

when i try to interface JHD12864E with my 8051 microcontroller...i first check the busy flag and then send the instructions
but the problem is that...the busy flag always remains set...and until it resets my program cant run....
So what is the error... can it be in my program or because of the GLCD??
