Need to design a 1.0vdc/4Amps supply using a 5VDC standard source.
Tried to go for LM2575-adj unsuccessfully .As ripples are >30mV for switching regulators.
Can there be 3pin regulator with low ripples .

LM2575 has 1 A output current and minimum output voltage of 1.2 V.

You can ask the search/design tools of major manufacturers for suitable linear and switching regulators according to your specification. You'd preferably go for a synchronous switcher in my opinion.

As ripples are >30mV for switching regulators.
They aren't necessarily, depends completely on your design. For 30 mV ripple with a switcher, low ESR capacitors and possibly output filters are required.
