My vias pass analog DC signals and power with frequencies under 100Hz. Could possibly have 50mA going though a via. My board density is high and only two sided. what is the recomended drill, pad, anti-pad daimeters?

The circumference of a via is Pi x D.
So , opened up, the via is equivalent to a track 3.141 times it's diameter.
So a via of 20 thou diameter can carry the same current as a track of ~62 thou wide.

thanks for the replies

@btbass i didnt think about opening up to via to find it outs actual width thanks.

@marce Is the software free?
