How to analyze the change of transmission direction for transmission line using Maxwell eqation?

When the transmission line bend (e.g. mircostrip routing change direction ), how to analyze using Maxwell eqation?

let us discuss this interesting question.
I have never find related discussion.

that is from the circuit view.
what about the Maxwell's equations?

Some previous post seem to be lost !?

I had replied that applied Maxwell's Equations = EM solvers are used to calculate bend elements since more than 20 years. Some circuit simulators like AWR Microwave Office let you choose if you want to use the fast, equivalent circuit model based approach or an "on the fly" EM extraction of the bend layout.

I am not sure what your new approach is about?
