Dear all:

Because IE3D cannot loaded the finite dieletric ,
Now I want to simulat the cylindrical helix using the moment
method,what should I do.
I also need some codes about the MOM.
Is anyone willing to share?

hi stefen, try to use FDTD from fidelity (zeland),u can draw in ie3d then export to fidelity

But my supervisor suggest me simulate this
antenna using the moment mothod.

hi stefen,ie3d can do u want, pls tell me about ur design info,u can see example in ie3d
regards

ie3d V10 can handle finite dielectric brick however the accuracy is problematic.

My opinion is to forget about MoM here, FDTD can do your job best :)

hi eirp,i agree with u but the simulation time will be large
regards

Hi,abdo

yes, but not crucial problem, I think it's well manageable say with MWS
I've solved much brutal problems ;)

cheers
