Altium Desinger auto routing

it confused me a lot and crazy me.i didn't active the short-circuit in the Rules section but most of track shorted circuit...why? it seems it doesn't think and check the rules while routing.
altium desinger 9 summer and 10 version checked.

I've add a quick look at your PCB, I can see there are a couple of routes not completed, In the auto route box you need to click rip up violations after routing, This could casue your errors aslo you either need to move the room over the PCB or double click on the room and change keep objects outside, Aslo you have a couple of more errors on your BDX parts not look in to that
