Hey guys
I am desperately in need of this block I wrote 5-6 blocks my self and they are not working, it's 4 days that I am searching the whole internet for some clue, I also posted 2 threads in edaboard... :(( just wondering how computer technology got advanced till now and no one in planet earth ever simulated any kind of flip flops with hspice! all I find is simulation results, clean and sharp plots, but no code. I'm disappointed.

Attached is a LASI/MOSIS tutorial file which contains a DFF. I have never used it, but I assume it works. Most of the logical cells I have are under NDA so I cannot distribute them. I have included the whole file because the flip-flop uses other subcircuits to make the flip-flop.

If you want more information or other files, download LASI from here LASI at CMOSedu.com it is free. There are other tutorials and they include the layout as well.

Keith.

thank you for your help and your references

ok, I found a DFF with Reset signal, I put it here for those who may need it in future
I guess there is no way to build a FF with gate .SUBCKTs, such as NAND gates. I think it only works in theory.
